About Us

Braxton Kicks started as a fitness and nutrition program specifically for pregnant and postpartum women. We then moved on to train women going through perimenopause and menopause. Today we have classes dedicated to every type of woman at every fitness level. The idea of our programs is to help women safely build strength and increase stamina without the risk of injury or fear of inability. At our studio, there is something for everyone.

Hi! I’m Anum, mom of three kids, certified in pre/postnatal corrective exercise, nutrition and women’s strength and conditioning. I started Braxton Kicks with the goal of creating a community of women, mothers and mothers to be. My program has helped countless women have a healthy, active and most importantly happy pregnancy and postpartum. It can help you too!

I conduct each class at my studio in Lahore DHA phase 8 with a live zoom video simultaneously for those who want to join remotely.

Join our girls only Run Club, Run For Coffee

Run For Coffee is an all girls running group based in Lahore. We get together twice a week to run/jog/walk/whatever works for you. The idea of this group is to create a safe space for women to move together completely judgment free, regardless of goals and fitness level, around various parks in Lahore. The added perk is we have coffee after each run where we sit sweaty, smelly and laugh our faces off mostly while half of Lahore is still asleep.
