
Bump to Baby Fit
This class is a full body workout tailored specifically to a pregnant and early postpartum body. Movements are modified according to each girl’s medical history, fitness level and circumstances of pregnancy. Whether you’re fitness pro or have never exercised before, you will be accommodated safely with close monitoring in this class. We delve deep into identifying and engaging the deep core and pelvic floor muscles, learning about diastasis recti and how to improve/prevent it, common movement and posture mistakes etc.
A free pregnancy nutrition guide is also provided along with references for relevant medical professionals should you require it.
