This is a full-body strength and conditioning program designed for women in every stage of life whether you’re building foundational strength, staying active through pregnancy, or returning postpartum.
Combining progressive strength training with bursts of low-impact, high-effort cardio, this class improves muscular endurance, functional movement, and core stability.
All levels welcome. Modifications provided for pregnancy & postpartum recovery. Build strength, confidence, and energy in a supportive environment
