
Mama and Me
This class is for every new Mama who wants to get a quick and effective workout in but can’t leave her baby! You should be at least 2 weeks postpartum and comfortable with wearing your baby. All babies under 3 years are welcome, as long as you can hold them comfortably. This is 50 minutes of low impact exercise for Mama and a super fun time for baby!
All you need to bring is a baby carrier, and your baby’s diaper bag essentials. We will be helping you get movement in that’s crucial to postpartum recovery and building strength all while keeping your baby close.
