How do I know which program is right for me?
Each of our classes has detailed descriptions along with a video snippet to give you a clear understanding of what to expect. The registration form will give your instructor an idea of whether the class is suitable to you or not. In case it is not, our team will be in touch to discuss your case in further detail before any further processing.
Once I have paid for an entire session, what happens next?
Our team will be in touch with you directly. You will also then be added into the class whatsapp group where all details of class location, zoom link etc is shared.
What happens if I miss a class?
There are no makeups accommodated if you miss a class. If an instructor cancels, then only will a make up class be arranged.
What if I sign up for the Bump to Baby class but end up delivering in the middle of a session?
In case of an early delivery, a certain number of your missed classes can be accommodated postpartum.
Is there a refund policy after payment?
We do not typically accommodate refunds for class registrations, as very limited slots are available for each woman. However certain medical exceptions may apply, you will have to discuss with your instructor directly.
What happens if I register for 4 weeks but am only able to attend 2 weeks of classes?
Each session is for 4 weeks only, we recommend trying attending as many classes as possible within the timeframe you have paid for.
What if I want to register for more than one class? For example Postpartum Fit and Mom and Tots?
If you register for 2 or more full sessions then a 25% discount on one session will apply.
I want to register for a class, I’ve read all the details but I’m still confused and feeling overwhelmed. What should I do?
Please register through the form, select the “Free Trial” class option and add in the notes section you would like to speak to your instructor before starting. Our representative will be directly in touch with you.
I’m pregnant but how do I know if the Bump to Baby class is suitable for me?
The Bump to Baby class is for all stages of pregnancy regardless of fitness level. Our group classes are small and intimate, with each girl given modifications based on her agility, medical history etc. However please do still inform your doctor.
If I’m training online, do I need any equipment?
Required equipment is only for online girls and mentioned under each class detail on the website. If you are unable to purchase, movements will be modified for you accordingly. If you’re coming to the studio, you do not need to bring anything.
How are the timings and charges for online and in studio the same?
Each class offered at Braxton Kicks is done in studio and online simultaneously. We keep classes small and monitor each girl closely.
Can I register for in studio classes but also choose to sometimes attend online?
Yes! Each girl is entitled to attend class either in studio or online as it suits her.
