Each of our fitness programs come with a free nutrition guide for you to follow alongside the exercise program. If you’re interested in a more tailored approach to nutrition and require detailed meal plans weekly, fortnightly or monthly, then this program is for you. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, want a better idea of what to eat during pregnancy, a comprehensive nutrition guide for postpartum recovery and/or breastfeeding, this program has something for everyone! Once you’ve signed up, there will be a consultation and meal plans sent to you depending on the package you opt for.

Postpartum and Breastfeeding Nutrition Guide
Charges: Rs.5000
Includes: Four-week meal plan and personal consultation
Whose it for: Women who have given birth within the past 6-12 months and are exclusively breastfeeding
Back to Strength & Recovery Nutrition Guide
Charges: Rs.5000
Includes: Forty-day meal plan for every woman starting the day after she gives birth up until the first 40 days. This plan is specifically focused on allowing your body to recovery fully and does not entail weight loss.
Weight Loss Nutrition Guide
Charges: Rs.5000
Includes: Four-week meal plan and personal consultation
Whose it for: This is for anyone looking to eat better whether the goal is to lose weight or see real results alongside one of our strength training programs. If you are a part of one of our fitness programs, this guide will be for free!
