Postpartum Fit

This is a full body workout for women who have given birth anywhere between 8-12 weeks ago. Depending on whether you trained with us during your pregnancy and your overall fitness and recovery. This class is a combination of HIIT, strength, core strength and pelvic floor exercises. We combine full body workouts with recovery and strength tailored specifically to women post birth. All movements in this class are postpartum friendly and diastasis recti safe. We delve deep into the anatomy of each girl’s abs separation post pregnancy and tailor movements specifically for her to see real results in her core muscles.
